Cucumber and Avocado are amazing for hydration and revitalization of the skin. Check out this clean, green, and mean recipe for your lunch or dinner nutrient rich fix. I have added a few of my favorite essential oils for flavor and will never go back.
The essential oils serve a few purposes here:
1. The flavors are rich, powerful and clean. Organic, pesticide free and true to taste.
2. They are very cost effective to use only one or two drops instead of fresh or herbs. Usually just pennies to the drop.
3. Essential oils when a certified pure theraputic grade oil are 50 – 70% more powerful than herbs and have multitudes of health benefits.
I use this recipe in my clean and lean 14 day cleanse. The lemon is great for cleansing both the kidneys and the liver.

2 cups cucumber
1 cup avocado
1/2 cup green onions
1 drop lemon essential oil
1 drop black pepper essential oil
1 drop cilantro essential oil
2 drops dill essential oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 table spoons of olive oil
Food process the cucumber, avocado, spring onions until creamy. Add in the water, olive oil, sea salt and lemon juice.
Then add in the oils – taste and add more sea salt if needed!
Refrigerate if there is some left over : )
