Anyone who knows me knows that I love to make smoothies. My smoothie obsession started well over 10 years ago. My approach to it was through trial and error. First it was just using fruits and dairy products. Due to stomach sensitivities and skin sensitivities towards dairy. Today I am introducing my take on a Turmeric smoothie.
