My RAW healthy chocolate RECIPE!

These are no joke good for you, don’t let the melt in your mouth creamy goodness fool you.  They are high in magnesium and loaded with antioxidants and they take the place of you “guilty pleasure” sugar and dairy laden desserts.  They are fast, easy to prepare and chill in minutes in the freezer. The hardest part will be keeping all your ingredients in the pantry!

Raw “healthy” chocolate

1/3 cup Cacao Power

1/2 cup Coconut Oil (melted)

2 tbsp of Tahini

1/2 cup Buckwheat groats

1/3 cup Coconut Shavings

2 tbsp Rice Syrup or Honey – Everyone is different so spoon this to taste

Dash of Sea Salt

Mix all together. Line a plate or cooking sheet with baking paper.

Pour out mixture and spread to about a 1/2 inch thick.

Let it set in the freezer. If you make it before dinner it should be firm enough to enjoy as dessert!  Break it up into bite size pieces when it is firm, and store in the freezer in a glass container.
