It was a great day with some beautiful ladies. The team learned how to cook with almond butter, tahini and cacao. We had chai tea made with essential oils of ginger, cardamon and cinnamon. Everyone received some great snack ideas, healthy tips to include in their daily routine and baking tips to make it quick and easy in the kitchen.
