5 Tips to Make your New Years “Health” Resolution Bulletproof!

1.     DO IT TODAY!
The reason a lot of resolutions fail is because of lack of planning.  Plan today to make small steps to achieve your goals with a specific date in mind to go for it.

2.     BE SPECIFIC.
Define your goal and make it simple and specific.
For example: I will get rid of toxins in my body and in my life by February 1, 2016 by buying organic, starting a  cleanse, and making my own cleaning products. I will make a plan by Jan 1st to make this happen.

3.     BUT WHY?
Write down why you actually want to achieve it .  Instead of I want to lose weight  – literally write down why you want to do it.  Will it provide you with more confident in your life, the ability to play with your kids, or an unlimited amount of energy to tackle your work and play?

4.     DO A LITTLE EVERY SINGLE DAY.
Focus on the task at hand.  What small step can you do everyday to work toward your goal? Write down your small victories.

5.     FIND A GROUP THAT SUPPORTS VISION OR WANTS.

Be determined to seek out people and friends that will support your efforts.  Be part of a group that is working toward the same goal and will keep you accountable.  Have you ever heard that you are the sum of the three people you are around the most?  If you want to be more fit – hang around fit people!
