Remember that you are a holistic being and everything you say, do and eat has an effect on your body and mind. Take a look at what you are eating (or overeating), are in self judgement, stressed out or not getting enough sleep? Just a change in attitude will have amazing results, and once you identify what is taking your energy it is a matter of letting go. Remember, that this takes time so be patient and easy on yourself!

What does your face say about you?
1. Dark Circles
Cause: Accumulated toxins from poor eating, alcohol, caffeine and lack of sleep.
Tips: Chew food to liquid, eat only when previous food is fully digested, limit caffeine and alcohol and SLEEP well. Use cucumber juice on a cotton pad and apply it under the eyes for 1-3 minutes.
2. Dull Eyes
Cause: A weak digestive fire (Agni), blocked energy, poor eating habits and accumulation of toxins due to unbalanced lifestyle.
Tips: Breathing exercises such as pranayama, yoga poses to move energy, and mediation. Find where you can make changes in your life to create more balance – what you may be able to accept and also let go of. Forgive yourself and others.
3. Wrinkles and Dry Skin
Cause: Dehydration, excess in the Vata or Pitta Doshas.
Tips: All of the above and use all natural skin products and essential oils with a light carrier oil. Recommended – doTERRA Immortelle, Frankincense, and Sandalwood. Skip spicy foods. Roll the skin on the face between the thumb and forefinger to release any tension in the face – or mini facial massage.
